In particular, I dedicate all of my creative writings to Rabindranath Tagore. His prose, poetry, drama, short stories, essays, paintings, music and philosophy have influenced me in myriad ways and encouraged me to try to assimilate experiences of the external world with internal feelings and express them as truly as possible given my meager aesthetic sense and literary talents.

To the extent that the reader enjoys my writings and, if I may hope so, to the extent that my writings influence their creations and thoughts, I would consider my efforts to have been meaningful and worthwhile.
